Vectus Industries Limited launches – “Next Generation 5-layer Euro Tank with Double Foam Layer”. The 2 foam layers make this a weather insulated tank which maintains water temperature in all weather conditions.
Euro Tank comes with an anti-microbial inner layer and is Heavy Metal Free (compliant with RoHS standards). It also has a UV sun-shield layer that protects the tank from harmful UV rays.
This 5 Layer water tank is a rarity of its kind. The first layer is the reflective shield, the second layer (which is the first foam layer, provides insulation). The third layer provides UV shielding, followed by another foam layer that provides even better insulation. The final, inner layer of the tank is the antimicrobial layer.
The anti-bacterial layer stops bacterial growth, and it indirectly prevents the formation of odour in the water and the stain formations on the innermost layer. The prevention of bacterial growth is also important for the service life of this 5 layer water tank. Its heavy, threaded lid is very durable and keeps the water safe from dust or pollutants. The lid is made out of LLDPE through the process of Roto moulding. The moulding process and the material used, together make the lid of the overhead tank very sturdy.
